Linear Air RinserMatched to line speed
Linear Air Rinser
Advanced linear air rinser that inverts containers and uses filtered air to remove foreign objects before filling.
Production Speed
Matched to line speed
Container Size
PET, HDPE, Glass bottles
Capping System
N/A (Pre-fill rinsing)
Overview
The Linear Air Rinser effectively displaces foreign objects from inside containers prior to filling. Bottles are inverted, filtered air is blown inside to unsettle debris, and the inverted position is held long enough for objects to fall out. The container is then reverted to continue down the line. An adjustable linear pressure drive unit maintains constant positive pressure, and the inverter unit can be easily changed for different bottle types.
Key Features
- Effective removal of foreign objects before filling
- Bottle inversion with filtered air blast
- Extended inverted position for debris to fall out
- Adjustable drive maintains positive line pressure
- Quick-change inverter for different bottle types
- Compact linear design for easy integration
- Hygienic stainless steel construction
Ideal Applications
Pre-fill cleaning for water, juice, and dairy lines
Bottling plants requiring high hygiene standards
Lines handling returnable or new containers
Integration before fillers and monoblocks
