Overview

The Linear External Bottle Rinser removes dust, spilled product, and contaminants from the exterior surface of containers before labelling or packaging. It uses a spray tunnel with four high-velocity spray nozzles. Rinse water is collected for recycling and filtering, and the water level in the buffer tank is automatically regulated by a float valve. This ensures clean containers while minimising water consumption.
